Spiral Drop
This simple design is inspired by traditional Maori (NZ) art and carving. Here I have called on my Maori ancestors to guide its formation. It is topped with a guwandhang (quondong) seed collected from my friends garden in northern NSW bringing together my two homelands. The cord is hand-twined waxed linen in dark grey and is adjustable.
